These are special conditions that are put upon certain characters. This to may change as the story progresses.
Jean Grey - Captured by the dragons
Hulk - Captured by the dragons
Scarlet Spider - Traveled through time and just arrived in the age of the dragon with Iron Man and another young mutant. He is very new to the whole dragon ruling thing.
Iron Man - He too traveled through time, not intentionally and is trying to find his place in this new world.
Beast - most of his body was blown to bits in the first attack. He now is part robot.
